Craig WalshThe media frenzied acid house explosion around 1988 has proved responsible for many things that we still have, right up to the present day. A prime example of this was the rapid emergence of the now respected and long-standing DJ Craig Walsh. Craig's talent for DJ'ing and passion for music was evident right from the start, it wasn't long before he was a regular fixture on the scene playing at small underground dance clubs, illegal warehouse parties and the now legendary Boys Own parties, all in and around London. These early pioneering days of the scene allowed Craig to experiment and forge his own unique sound and attitude toward music. This, and his undeniable technical ability behind the decks quickly catapulted Craig into the big league, playing every major and seminal event of the time, his appearances at Dreamscape, Raindance and many others cemented Craig's place amongst the most popular DJ's of the time, it also helped him find his own niche with the most experimental and ground breaking form of music at the time, Techno.

Craig's regular appearances at some of the UK's more established Techno clubs such as Universe, The Orbit and Liverpool's very own Voodoo were soon complimented by his active production output. This now catapulted Craig onto the international scene with some style, he regularly travels extensively around the globe and is now both a high profile European DJ whose services are regularly in demand following his appearances in Holland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Hungary, Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Portugal, Spain and the Far East.
In addition to his demanding DJ schedule, Craig still manages a steady release schedule of his own production and remix projects with the new studio now operational and based in East London. Craig also continues to record with long time cohort (and boss of Fragmented Records) Scott Braithwaite as 'The Cause' released on both Fragmented and Primevil Records. Other solo projects have been released on Primate and Tortured Records and Craig's own newly formed 'Eskape Recordings'. Also responsible for excellent recent mixes for 'Two Lone
Swordsmen' (Warp Records), 'Agent X' (Primevil Records) and Ben Simm's Theory imprint, it's easy to see why Craig Walsh is as popular today as he's ever been.
