Silicone Soul are back with their third album, Save Our Souls. The Soma favourites are due to release the follow up to last year's Staring Into Space album on October 10. The album was recorded in their home studios in Glasgow and features artwork based on the 15th century Renaissance artist Bosch. Graeme Reedie, who makes up the duo with Craig Morrison, said: "It's the first proper attempt on vocals, so we are pleased with the results."
THE Best of Rush Hour and The Best of The Weekend initially sound like run-of-the-mill albums, but they are actually a leap forward for mix albums as they are among the first to be downloaded only from iTunes. Both are big sellers in CD format and the digital editions will feature mixes of tunes from U2 and The Killers as well as current club hits. |
