Bryan COXNew York, NY - Straight out of New York City, house music's secret weapon Bryan Cox, has filed a gap in a unique niche in dance music and is set to unveil his second major retail CD this spring in the form of a monster mix inclusive of some of Bassline, Electro, and Fidget house’s hottest artists including himself.  "Crux Da House," aptly named after his label, and blog will be released on June 3rd, 2008 on Moist Music and Crux Records. This CD is packed full of some of the dopest tunes with influences from Hip-Hop, Old Skool Rave, Acid House, UK Garage, and Techno.  Featuring tracks and remixes by platinum selling artist Chamillionaire, New Rave standard Trash Fashion, Fidget star Hervé, New York underground's Amanda LePore and Larry Tee, also Crookers, Destroy Disco, Jaimie Fanatic and more.
Bryan brings his filthy dirty wobble bass driven sound to the masses with this release.  With BBC's Judge Jules and Kissy Sell Out, Switch, and Tommie Sunshine showing support of his sound by dropping his tracks frequently in their sets and radio shows.

“Crux Da House” is a collection of heavy basslines, glitchy vocals, and hip-house culminating in a wonky, worble, cut up style of house soundtrack. This dynamic combo for a commercial mix CD is not only fresh in that it is one of the first of its kind in sound, but also because fidget is known for its scene of hipsters, neon, 80's retro, bloggers, raves, and booty-licous beats. It is the complete Fidget Bassline experience in one package. The hottest and most prominent trend in house/electro music is undeniably Jackin Fidget House. Bryan has a fresh label to feature this hot sound, Crux Records.  He is pumping tons of singles out on the new label.  This Fidget based label has tracks and remixes by Heavy Feet, Three Is a Crowd, The Bulgarian, Chamillionaire, Jamie Fanatic, Destroy Disco, Trash Fashion, Pete Vaydex, himself and more. Along side co-running Crux he is busy writing and recording all the new material and vocals for his upcoming second artist album due out in Fall 08!

Bryan's 100+ tracks, debut album and himself have been featured in magazines such as Entertainment Weekly, IDJ, Mixmag, DJ Mag and URB, Showtime's "Queer as Folk", as well as in mix CD’s by top DJs such as Marco V., DJ Dan, Joey Beltram, Donald Glaude, Richard "Humpty" Vision, Hatiras, Preach, and more. He has also appeared on prime time radio broadcasts from Fergie's BBC Radio One show to XM Radio's Ultra Music Radio program "The Move" and Sirius Satellite Radio. Bryan has done work for the industry's top labels such as Ultra, Subliminal, Ministry of Sound, Fine Tune, IHR, Eden, Defected and more. Remixing a wide variety of top artists, anywhere from Joss Stone to Ferry Corsten to Trash Fashion to Dennis Ferrer, has kept Bryan very busy when not traveling abroad.

Cox’s sound and peak hour energy is rockin throughout the CD, identical to the vibe that has always been reflected in his DJ sets. A packed touring schedule in support of his new CD "Crux Da House" will bring his bass in your face sound to electro house music lovers everywhere.
