Second run of classic KEVIN SAUNDERSON getting updated for today’s floor. dutch techno veteran choose “Bassline", while SAMUEL L SESSION turns in a dope take on “pump the move” - essential www.wordandsound.de/article/51073. Magnificent reworking of classics. Floorfiller http://hardwax.com/?search=kevin+saunderson . After the first disc of 'History Elevate' blew us away with those two Carl Craig and Locodice remixes it's now time for part 2, which sees Kevin Saunderson get the remix treatment from Joris Voorn and Samuel L Sessions. The former takes on 'Bassline' and unleashes a low-end pushing techno/ house killer of a mix, full of tension, build-ups and, ultimately, reward. Over on the B, Sessions drops his remix of 'Pump The Move' which also utilises a subby bassline but with Detroit-esque looped pads for an elongated techno workout that really hits the spot. Essential techno gear. www.phonicarecords.com/detail.aspx?ID=26257
