 House music heavy hitter, Dave Seaman is set to celebrate his 20th anniversary in the music industry this October, by taking control of both discs of his Therapy Sessions compilation series for the first time. Therapy Sessions Vol.4 will be released on October 16th, 2007 on Moist Music. This is now his 23rd mix compilation to date. "I'm very excited about the compilation," said Dave. "Having two CDs really gives me the chance to properly express the range of electronic music I'm into at a naturally appropriate pace rather than trying to cram it all to 75 minutes which can start to sound like a megamix!"
Two CDs crammed full of the finest cherry picked tunes, some of which are familiar and a few that are not. A veritable feast from the electronic dance music buffet taking in ambient, minimal, tribal, tech, deep, progressive, techno, trance and even some good old fashioned balearic along the way. Featuring tracks and remixes by Pryda, Trentmoller, UNKLE, King Unique, Martin Solveig, 16 Bit Lolitas, Gui Boratto, Luke Dzierzek, Martin Buttrich and many many more. "It's been a labor of love as usual, but I'm really pleased with the results. I think it's right up there with my best CDs but I'll let you judge for yourselves". Dave Seaman is one of the original pioneers of house music. He has been DJing for over 25 years, was the first editor of the clubbers bible, Mixmag, and has remixed and produced for everybody from U2 to Kylie and David Bowie to the Pet Shop Boys. He has also done over 20 mix compilations for the likes of Global Underground and Renaissance, been the main man behind the independent dance music labels, Stress Records and Audio Therapy and still found time to model for Levi's in Japan, present TV programs for the BBC and toured the world probably more than any other DJ. After 25 year Seaman retains an impish enthusiasm that has always been reflected in his DJ sets.
