Bob SinclarIn a dance music world populated by faceless producers and po-faced DJs, French hero Bob Sinclar stands alone. The Parisian whose passport reads Christophe Le Friant first came to the world’s attention via his 1998 Jane Fonda-sampling club smash ‘Gym Tonic’, a record which caused a huge controversy and which would later be covered to create a Number 1 chart hit. Since then, this colourful character’s achievements have been stupendous. Whether he’s running the respected Paris-based imprint Yellow Recordings, compiling the incredibly successful ‘Africanism’ series of compilations or simply busting the charts with hits like ‘I Feel For You’, ‘Darlin’ and ‘Kiss My Eyes’, Monsieur Sinclar is never far from the forefront of the house music world.

So we’re pleased to announce the release of ‘Soundz Of Freedom’, a new compilation which features 14 new remixes of classic Sinclar tracks by such house luminaries as Mousse T, Chocolate Puma and Eric Kupper. There’s also a new single, ‘Sound Of Freedom, which sees Bob teaming up with MC Dollarman and Gary Pine of The Wailers for what’s sure to be one of the club anthems of the summer. C’est magnifique!
