 Francois K's seminal "Time & Space" is re-issued on tasty 10" vinyl as part of NRK's 10 year celebrations. Released on NRK in 1999 after an outing on Francois’ own Wave label, this awesome piece of percussive, atmospheric deep house became a staple at the Body & Soul night in NYC, and swiftly became an essential house record across the globe. Long out of print, the inclusion on this 10” will make available once more this great piece of dance history. On the flip, LA’s David Alvarado continues the atmospheric theme with “Aire”, a dubby Basic Channel style piece that fits in well with the Berlin minimal house scene.
NRK have released two special 10” releases to accompany the monster 3 CD set celebrating 10 years in the business. Always with our finger on the pulse, NRK have notched up an impressive catalogue of house music for all persuasions. These limited edition 10”s feature classic NRK cuts from Francois K and David Alvarado and two vinyl debuts for re-edits on Joey Negro and Nick Holder tracks. |
