Circle MusicWith his new release on Circle, the more tech-house orientated sister label of Monoid, Leandro Gamez proves that he is just as versed in slow hypnotic grooves as he is in making hard-hitting floor burners. Three tracks that stand out with their exquisite feel and dense texture…

A1: “Avalancha“ Heavy punching, charged electro beats that underlay a compelling, melodic synth chord drive like there was no tomorrow. Slowly building up, this synthy avalanche that is reminiscent of the golden days of trancey techno, yet has a life of its own causes severe damage on the dancefloor.
A2: “Me Implica”. Pummeling basses and a twitching synthline enriched by an amazingly infectious groove create an extremely dancey atmosphere which slowly spins out of control when a mysterious female voice starts to whisper and the synthy 80s chords spiral into sweet oblivion.
B1: “Extranos Mechanismos” Oh my gosh, this one is bad! A hissing dark vocal sample twists your mind while the squelching, filtered synth lead grows and grows and grows until light synth stabs take control while the track builds and builds. An outstanding track that grips and holds tightly until the end, my friend!
